Ryan from Jez came to my house in the Las Vegas area to install a part for my Nordic Track treadmill under their extended warranty program. So glad I had them send someone out vs. just installing it myself as he was able to diagnose the part did not fix the problem and work with the manufacturers support people on the phone to get another part dispatched. That would have wasted a lot of my time and he was able to also eliminate other possible faults while he was at it. Honestly I was expecting a Task Rabbit kind of person to show up but Ryan really knew his stuff, was a super nice and polite chap, and was happy to discuss treadmill quality issues which was also very helpful. Thanks Ryan (hope I got your name right).
The $250 we spent on extending the manufacturers two year warranty by another four years has definitely paid off at this point. On a $2000 treadmill I think that was a great investment and service from Jez today was icing on the cake.

The service process was easy to schedule. Communication and the availability to repair from the technician was prompt and professional.

Michael was very professional and took his time and did a wonderful job replacing the defective calf airbags on my supposedly new Osaki OS Pro 4D Encore massage chair. He was very polite and arrived on time. Highly recommend!
